Ibnou SOUGOUFARA is the Managing Director of SENRISK ANALYTICS. Before joining SENRISK, he was the energy advisor to the President of the Republic of Senegal. Ibnou is a Trained Actuary a Financial Risk Manager and an Energy Economist with 25 years of experience in the energy sector. He has worked at investment banks such as RBC Capital Market in Toronto, and commercial and energy infrastructure companies between Houston and Calgary, including TC Energy, Brookfield Energy Marketing and Direct Energy Marketing.
